At Miami Sonogram, we are among the few freestanding outpatient centers in the nation offering dedicated dynamic translabial/transperineal 2D/3D/4D pelvic floor ultrasound with Tomographic Ultrasound Imaging (TUI). This non-invasive technique provides a direct, reproducible assessment of the pelvic floor, helping to evaluate the mechanisms underlying urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse (POP). TUI in particular is among the most widely validated ultrasound methods for detecting levator avulsion — a recognized risk factor for POP and for prolapse recurrence after surgery.
